    Job Location: Gurgaon, Gurgaon


    Proficiency in reporting, handling large data set and development/maintenance of new solutions (reports/dashboards)

    Expert in Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot (DAX). Knowledge of associated programming languages required

    Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders

    Experience in report building and Dashboard creation in Power BI. P roficient in Data Integration, transformation and automation

    Passion for automation and processes, and continuous improvement mindset

    Data management including maintenance of the data hierarchies

    Can handle multiple project effectively, plan & priorities the task for himself and team (if needed)

    Customer Orientation, Ensure high quality result and meet client requirement

    Self-disciplined and highly proactive personal

    Good to have Knowledge on –

    o

    POS / Sell-Out data, able to source and process data from external syndicated data providers portals (IQVIA/IMS, IRI or Nielsen)
    Interest in derive business Insight from the data


    Requirements

    B.Tech/BE or Any PG/MBA (Grad +2 Years)/ M.Tech/ M.Sc/M.Pharm
    Outstation candidates will need to relocate to Delhi/NCR. Although WFH (during pandemic), their presence within the NCR is mandatory

    3-5 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare / FMCG data management, reporting & Insight generation.


    Candidate would develop and create regular and ad-hoc business reports for Consumer Healthcare brand and categories.
    Expertise in the creation of     Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI based Reports & Dashboards.
    Perform continues automation and process improvement. Integrate and manage complex data from multiple sources
