Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Strong on project and stakeholder management; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively when required and negotiate with stakeholder looking at the bigger picture all within a framework of standard processes
- Proven experience in people and process management in Analytics, especially in supports using advance BI systems
- Ability to work independently and manage large sets of data and find meaningful inferences, collating and analysing complex or diverse information skilfully and conceptualizing solutions and alternatives
- Deep understanding of database structure, data connection/joins and keys
- Quality – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Good communication skills and ability to grasp requirement and deliver as per understanding
- Self-motivated, desire to learn, quick adaptability, able to work independently and under tight timelines
- Applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality
- Exposure to Teradata and awareness of Azure ecosystem, CRM application (preferable)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/VBA (preferable)
