Role: Sr. Data Engineer
Location: Seattle WA (onsite)
Client: Infogain
Must have Skills:
- Strong Data Model, Schema and Query the SQL Databases experience with Streaming platforms Kafka.
- Have past experience of building Data Pipelines as ETL and Streaming.
- Passionate for working as Query Optimization, Data validations and Data Analysis expert
- Experience in debugging and tuning performance of Databases, Clusters.
- Good exposure of Query tools Athena, Presto, Trino, Querybook.
Education/Experience:
- 10 + years of experience in designing distributed data solutions, Query engine ( Trino, Starbust, Query book,Qubole) and ETL/ELT
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent problem solving and Query troubleshooting & Query Optimization skills
- Keen interest in software engineering and technology
- Experience in working with Data Architects, Developers and helping put Data Exposing/Reporting solutions into production
