The Operations Analyst is a dynamic role giving the analyst insight into mortgage operations management and fulfillment and capacity planning and modeling. In this role, a successful candidate will develop a career path and continued professional growth.

• Establish standards and guidelines for vendors, monitoring them to ensure policies are being followed
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and provide direction
• Ensure Vendors are updated and in line with Operational changes & Guideline changes made by Fannie/Freddie
• Gather requirements, ask questions, problem solve and extract data and develop a recommendation to provide possible solutions to the business needs
• Monitor vendors’ SLA, quality, and pipelines, while providing applicable reporting, making sure contract terms are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk
• Research & implement creative solutions to solve Business Requirements
• Address reporting needs by developing new reports and reviewing existing reports

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field is preferred
• Strong background in Excel is preferred, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with various groups within the company as well as various external business partners both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and adhere to firm deadlines is critical
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $52,185.00 – $61,395.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
