About The Role
We’re looking for an Labor Operations Analyst, to help support various operation initiatives by transforming operation data into valuable business insights and help shape our projects to deliver maximum impact.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with our operation team to create and track key metrics for our operations, and share informative actionable insights
- Improve existing process for warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate Labor and Productivity reporting
- Optimize productivity of warehouse
- Build dashboards, self-service tools, and ad hoc reports to analyze and present data associated with business operations, and strategic decision making
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating metrics and results to stakeholders.
- Partner with Data Engineering to craft our data infrastructure investments in support of BI needs and insure the proper tracking and quality of the data
Qualifications
- 3 – 4 years of Analytic experience preferably in labor relations including experience in the areas of supply chain, e-commerce, distribution and B2B/B2C
- MS in Math, Statistics, or other closely-related quantitative field, Operations Research and Industrial Engineering
- Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication (knowledge of e-commerce operations and forecasting)
- Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g., Tableau (or similar)
- Proficiency with SQL, and comfort with Python or any other scripting language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and deliver excellent results
- Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
