Job Description :

• Good knowledge on project management tools vis-a-vis MS Office and MS project.
  Experience in Agile is highly desirable.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Directly reporting into the CTO of the Organization.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Defining and ensuring the ticketing process is followed across the development team from a Support standpoint.
• Weekly reporting on the support tickets and the productivity metrics of the resources.
• Analysis of process reports of all the departments.

Required Key Skills :
Wireframes ( Balsamiq ), Documentation, BRD, FRD, Agile, Flowcharts , Excellent communication skills , Presentation skills .
