Your role
- Work closely with Business partners from variety of Finance functions
- Work with Change Program delivery leads and Finance IT architects and SMEs to ensure adoption of newly established processes and tools that support data governance within UBS & FDMO
- Partner with GDMO team and support them in the execution of Data Strategy to ensure Group Policies, Standards and Frameworks are adhered.
- Support the ongoing integration DDA and other documentation/validation work.
- Have Project experience, Documentation, Orientation of new application to stakeholders.
- Partner and collaborate with colleagues across all FDMO workflows
- Participate & assist in standardization and Innovation initiatives.
- Support the new KDE ownership and existing KDE re-certification process.
- Support in successful CS Collibra data migration to UBS DGP as per UBS DMF.
- Track and report issues as they arise.
Your team
The Finance Data Management Office is part of Finance responsible for UBS Data Management Framework adherence.
The team follows the principles laid out in UBS DMF related to Data Governance, controls, quality and security. The team works towards bringing Finance data under governance and maintaining the accuracy of that with regular review/attestation process. The team supports stakeholders across Group Finance and Group treasury and has a footprint in Switzerland, America, London, Singapore, Pune and Hyderabad, India.

Your expertise
- Pursuing MBA Finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of financial products and Finance functions
- Exposure to database management tools, Advanced excel, MS Access, SQL. (Tableau/Power BI and Alteryx exposure will be a plus)
- a strong interest in data management/data governance/quality
- Expected to be actively leading/supporting projects and data initiatives to adhere to the overall data management policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Team player, methodical and accountable
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
