Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytics on lead quality regarding various factors like (demographics, geography, language, cost of lead, etc.) to evaluate the co-relation between sales performance and lead quality.
- Develop statistical models to qualify leads and optimize the overall funnel conversion.
- Perform statistical analyses for marketing analytics, and build descriptive & predictive models using analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS to understand the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and develop insights on customers.
- Develop, maintain and manage advanced, analytics and dashboards on Tableau and Power BI reports.
- Analyze monthly results, understand the key variance drivers and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and goal performance monitoring.
Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Business analyst.
- Proven work experience in SQL, Advance excel/ Google sheet, Data Analytics.
- Undergraduate Degree in Engineering is a must.
