The Retail Media Monetization Analyst for eCommerce is responsible for providing measurement, reporting, and insights on the performance of media monetization at Tractor Supply Co. This will include the tracking of monetization revenue, customer interaction, impact on key metrics like average order value and conversion, as well as the sales impact across merchandise categories.
Responsibilities
- Transform data into actionable insights through storytelling with data designed for executive-level audiences to provide a view of Retail Media Monetization in digital onsite, digital offsite, and retail stores.
- Create measurement plans, testing plans, tagging strategies, modeling strategy, and A/B testing deployment.
- Perform data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization, including predictive analysis, business intelligence, pattern recognition, operational effectiveness and/or economic forecasting for potential costs, risks, and profits of Monetization opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of tools, visualizations, and data capabilities that inform stakeholders and assist them with generation of insights to ultimately drive monetization sales and efficiencies.
- Produce and deliver reporting dashboards that inform business partners of program progress.
- Leverage analytic tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Tableau to deliver insights.
- Support internal cross-functional teams and vendor partners’ data and insight needs.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 plus years of experience in process execution, business intelligence, creating dashboards, reporting, or data analysis required. 1-2 years of experience using Adobe Analytics, A/B testing tools (Adobe Target preferred), and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, engineering, or economics. Any suitable combination of experience and education will be considered.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to develop meaningful narratives around data.
- A natural curiosity with a passion for using data to identify and solve business and customer problems.
- Understanding of Ecommerce, digital marketing analytics, or Retail Media Monetization analytics.
- Knowledge across paid, owned, and earned with a focus on analytical expertise in one or more of the following: omnichannel, media, organic social, social listening/trend identification, email/CRM, SEO, or brand studies.
- SQL experience, A/B testing, association rule learning, cluster analysis, pattern recognition and predictive modeling via data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Domo, Looker, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, SiSense).
- Able to work under supervision and independently with guidance.
- Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery of reporting and analysis.
