THE ROLE
The Artifical Intelligence Business Unit (AI BU) is looking for Passionate and Strong Senior Software Engineers to work in our Conversational Banking initiative. Conversational Banking Platform (CBP), with Pre-Built, Pre-Trained Multi-Channel Conversational Experiences includes but not limited to Intelligent Chatbots, VPAs, Messaging Channels that help banks in complete Digital transformation. Role involves working with a small team of talented folks towards successful
a) exploration of cutting edge technologies, off-the-shelf products
b) integration into infinity experience APIs,
c) building and integrating XAI ML Data models
d) delivering stupendous conversational channels (CBP) and going beyond in meeting customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design features as required, collaborate with other feature teams, product teams (Infinity, Quantum and XAI)
- Participate in the full life-cycle development process from design, development/code, test, release and maintenance
- Develop the designed features with high coding standards that performs and scales
- Provide technical guidance to the team and build, mentor and groom next layer in the team.
- Help customers and work with support team as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Good Experience in designing, building modular, configurable, functionally scalable code. Excellent in coding, debugging and testing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Javascript, data structures and design patterns.
- Hands on Experience on Kony Stack – Visualizer and Fabric.
- Preferably with exposure or working knowledge in conversational, cognitive technologies such NLPs, Speech-to-Text, Sentiment Analysis, Alexa, building predictive/text generation AI ML models + Infinity Experience APIs
- 3 to 5 years of Relevant Technical experience
