Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities ·
- Consult with the business to understand their reporting needs and determine the best approach to meet them. ·
- Ability to visualize data and communicate results.
- Assist in transition to new reporting framework.
- Collaborate with IT to understand how data flows and ensure data quality through the process. ·
- Perform audits to ensure accurate data is being reported.
- Compiling financial and operational data into reports that are clear, concise, and meaningful, in accordance with reporting deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize projects with minimal supervision. ·
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
Technical Tools / Skills
- Power BI / Power Query / Power Pivot (DAX). ·
- Tableau
- SQL and Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse platforms.
- Insurance or Financial reporting knowledge
