Job Purpose :

Office Assistant will take care of office administration, provide support to managers, employees and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure all the interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Should assist the management, employees and all visitors to the company by handling routine office tasks.
  • Make travel arrangements, accommodation reservations, other bookings, etc. for the official tours.
  • Submit and reconcile travel and expense reports as per company policy.
  • Purchase office tools, supplies and equipment as required and oversee the maintenance of office facilities and assets.
  • Coordinate with the teams and manage the purchase of hardware assets and devices as per the need.
  • Effectively manage appointments, meetings, conference room booking, etc. to ensure smooth schedule.
  • Design and process employee id and business cards as per the requirement.
  • Manage and properly account for petty cash issued to facilitate general office tasks.
  • Responsible for office administration payments within approved expense limits and ensuring they are made within reasonable time.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in office premises
  • Perform other relevant duties when needed.

Skills Required:

  • A master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in handling general office tasks
  • Most importantly, the person should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
