YOU WILL
- Provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units.
- Ensure activities and team organization aligns with the business and project strategies.
- Build trusted advisor relationship by partnering with Business and IT to best achieve expected business outcomes
- Plan and utilize resources proactively and efficiently to achieve project objectives
- Apply strategic thinking against very complex business and technical problems directing personnel and consultants on the proper objectives to develop and implement business requirements.
- Support capabilities Release testing and provide business sign off for new capabilities
- Help with supervising contingent workers and their daily tasks including onshore and offshore staff
Ideally, We’d Like
- 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred
- University (Degree), Preferred
- 3+ years of Data Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of experience coding SQL
- Experience in systems analysis
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of Data Analysis experience.
- Financial Services and/or Retirement industry experience
- B.S., Management Information Systems
- Business Tools Knowledge including Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
- Acumen to understand business logic and product offerings.
- Adept at complex data models and writing complex SQLs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a large team
- Ability to lead multiple project deliverables simultaneously
