Roles and Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
We are AI enthusiastic organization, our data science and engineering team is responsible for building enterprise data platforms and Artificial intelligence Models at scale. The data platform process 300 million transactions in real time and batch mode and serving the organization wide reporting needs and Data pipelines for Machine learning and deep learning models. We want to build large scale models for every function of the organization such as Fraud detection in payments landscape, Image processing and Natural language processing models.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide the technical guidance in Big data & AI technologies to the teams
- Hire, Lead and nature the a team of top talent in Data engineers and Data scientists community
- Drive the execution and delivery of large scale AI projects with work estimation, sprint planning and execution
- Understanding the scalability and reliability of data intensive applications
Technical skills
- Expertise in Big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Hive, HBase, Cassandra
- Strong coding skills in Python/Java/Scala any other language
- Strong Expertise in Machine learning and Deep learning algorithms
- Strong experience in Computer vision & NLP systems
- Strong experience in building machine learning pipelines
Inter personal skills
- Effectively brainstorm, encourage ideation in the teams
- Exceptional collaborative & communication skills
- Articulate technical concepts in to easy-to-understand language for business partners
