Roles and Responsibilities

What this role offers:

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and train production grade ML models on large-scale datasets to solve various business use cases.
• Identify, conceptualize, define, design and solve key business problem using data science, ML, AI and other statistical techniques
• Delivering on Modelling Priorities – Developing and enhancing statistical models by utilizing the best-in-class modelling techniques with available data

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively, an equivalent education in one of these topics.
• 2-5 years experience with machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, econometrics, causal inference, mathematical optimization)
• Well-versed in writing efficient, scalable and production quality code and understanding of programming best practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An understanding of financial markets, and banking, including retail and/or broker-dealer product knowledge
• SQL knowledge with experience in writing complex queries
• Experience in leveraging AI and ML frameworks/tools like TensorFlow, Keras
• Experience working with end-to-end pipelines consisting of Cloud services is preferred
• Experience with AWS ML ecosystem (i.e. Sagemaker, Glue etc.) is preferred
