Financial Transaction Processing
Position Overview:
The Developer codes, tests, and debugs on Service Cloud enhancement projects, as well as revises and updates programs and documentation as required. This position is programming Salesforce.com custom Lightning components to ensure the Customer Service business needs are met according to our standards.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in providing solutions for Customer Service business using current development tools and technologies on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform; Create prototypes for proof of concepts as needed
- Design, code, and test technical solutions
- Understand the necessity of and contribute to coding standards
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming language “back-end” or “server side” languages
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Complete assignments within appropriate timeline and budget
- Communicate project status to management
- Elevate project concerns to project and program management
- Accountable for certain project deliverables, and that they meet technical requirements/business expectations
- Understand technical and functional design requirements
- Assist in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
- Demonstrate the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results
- Anticipate business needs before they arise and present possible solutions or recommendations
- Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship and consistently deliver high quality services
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to lead and mentor technical team members on mobile technologies and contribute to the
All About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior Salesforce Lightning, Aura and LWC experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion and comfort in meeting new people and building meaningful relationships
- Enjoy collaborating with a team while working independently towards a goal
- Prior experience with object-oriented languages, like Java or .Net experience preferred
- Prior Apex, Visualforce and SOQL experience preferred
- Salesforce Einstein or other Artificial Intelligence experience is preferred
