Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of support activities.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate teams.
- Continuously work to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and implement customer requirements.
- Create, manage, and resolve support tickets in the company’s ticketing system.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
