Overview
We are looking for someone to come in and help lead all things related to operations and systems processing for our new WMS. The WMS Analyst will support all key aspects of the WMS application, including configuration setup, system and integration testing, production floor issues triage and resolution, and interface monitoring/ resolution. The position will also support the facility operations team in defining and building reports and queries for key operational data. The WMS Analyst is a critical team member in ensuring systems optimization and availability in a mission-critical, high availability environment.
Supply Chain Technology (SCT) innovates to get products to our customers quickly and efficiently. We build, support, and extend the systems that manage order fulfillment, transportation, warehouse operations, and inventory placement across our warehouses and hundreds of retail nodes.
This position will be a key role in the IT department.
Responsibilities
- You will drive the research and overall documentation of existing WMS rules and procedures within the warehouse(es).
- Conduct discovery and design sessions for users of all levels to ensure the system is documented and those requirements are translated into requirements for the new system.
- Understand business problems and provide analysis and suggestions.
- Facilitates and oversees the immediate needs of the development team members (on-site, remote and near shore), and you are fully available to the team.
- Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all workstreams and interact with the teams daily
- Create detailed functional specifications for modifications, defect corrections and enhancements.
- Develops and maintains strong and productive relationships with all IT and business stakeholders.
- Perform process and data modeling
- Crisp, clear, and accurate communication with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding features, functionality, and deadlines.
- Create user stories, and acceptance tests that clearly articulate requirements for each feature or change request.
- Verify that the finished product meets the needs of the customer by conducting thorough and accurate usability tests, reviewing user feedback, and ensuring the product is sound.
- Act as primary liaison for your assigned area of the business.

Qualifications
- Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
- Experience managing people in a high volume warehousing or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail. You must be everything to everyone at all times.
- Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Demonstration of leadership and strong collaboration at all levels. Must be able to convey information to multiple levels of staff and management.
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal and team facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Must be able to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
