Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy Summary:- Candidate in this role would act as a assistant to Director.
- Strategy & help plan and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the company on a transformational path of growth.-
- The role would work on critical strategic initiatives such as strategic hiring with changing business dimensions, new market research, employer branding and Recruitment- in this role would be closely working with business leadership across the organisation as & when required. You’ll spend time on the following: Market research , Leadership hiring, business appointment , corporate/educational collaboration, employer branding and recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of Ms Office and Internet research.
- Must have good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Must be proactive, ready to learn and grow.
- Note: This role initially will be on paid internship base and based on performance after 4-6 month, offer of employment can be considered.
