The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Co-create with clients to use process mining on their digital transformation journey and strategy to a modern cognitive business
• Develop AI and automation-enabled client solutions out of the Through process mining identified Gaps
• Act as a trusted advisor to back office client process leaders, using process mining to improve the business and establish Centers of Expertise inhouse or as a Service.
• Participate in the global Celonis Center of Expertise supporting clients on their Celonis & Service Now journey across Europe
• Leveraging strong connects and creating new connects at CXO level with customers, development of Celonis business opportunity and the delivery of Celonis services Clients and industry experts either stand alone or integrated into wider IBM services.
• Interfacing with clients & internal stake holders & drive impactful and replicable solutions on Celonis.
• Ability to develop Prof of Concepts and repeatable delivery framework in various industry verticals
• Understands key market trends and the change for businesses they are driving.
• Champion SME in Celonis responsible for the technology vision of the practice.
• Develop solution collaterals, demonstrable assets and plan proactive solution pitches working with Presales Team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience OR certification of Celonis Process Mining with 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Service Industry
• Demonstrable experience in analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
• Hands on process design and process mining experience in relation with Cloud based process improvement solutions
• Experience in Due diligence & Business Case calculations of AI solutions to improve the processes, in areas that have been mined via Celonis.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to influence people internal/external customers, Operations and Finance partners
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
