General & Task Management
1. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machines
2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
3. Provide technical support to external customers at their location
4. Provide on-site training to the customers
5. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer
support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales
6. Create and maintain service information in the CRM
7. Responsible for submission of AMC quote and order collection
8. Plan and undertake AMC and preventive maintenance activities
9. Review resolution of all AMC / Service / Installation / Spare part related problem on
time
10. Responsible for follow up of technical issues with customer for effective resolution
11. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any
necessary corrective actions
12. Identify the spares parts requirement related to electrical, mechanical and
pneumatic parts
