Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with project team members on all phases of initiatives.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Collaborates with all functional business units to achieve strategic, tactical and project goals.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- Monitors milestone completion, tracks all phases of the project product/service life-cycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests.
- Conducts project meetings, meets with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverable and deadlines, and meets with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products.
- Consulting role with business units in developing user acceptance test plans and procedures for end user testing, ensuring that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by the business unit and I.T.
- Facilitate meetings for all levels of the organization.
- Provides status updates and reporting on assigned projects.
- Supports business transition and helps establish change.
- Responsible for conducting interview sessions to understand the current state business and data process.
- Document processes utilizing flow diagram tools i.e. Visio
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Must be able to see the big picture while having an exceptionally detail-oriented focus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines
- Experience managing multiple projects with ability to make changes when needed
- Experience working in both a team and individual environment
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with Excel
- Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with Flowcharts
- Experience in business and data mapping process lifecycle
- Basic SQL knowledge a plus
- Basic Tableau knowledge a plus
- Salesforce knowledge a plus

Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years hands on Visio experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
- 5+ years working in a corporate office
