Position Overview
This position provides financial control reporting services to controller teams and others throughout the Finance division. The person in this position will be part of a collaborative team that develops, operates and supports reporting technology focused on financial controls and related analysis.
Your Impact:
Production Support
- Responsible for system configuration, security and audit support.
- Provide customer support, including a rotation of on-call responsibilities
- Manage issue resolution with business users and technical support partners. Liaison with IT teams in troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing system outages/downtime.
- Assist in development of training programs and materials for the user community.
Project / Change Management
- Participation in the full life cycle of a project, which includes identification of requirements, design, development, testing and implementation
- Provide input into proposed solutions, identify impacts, risks and issues, and work with technical and business staff to implement proposed solutions
- Partner with the business area and provide expertise in solving complex business requests and processes. Automate manual processes to reduce risks.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience using reporting and analysis tools
- Demonstrated project management and/or agile development experience
- Financial or Information System experience
- Solid attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to capture meeting minutes effectively, and assist in developing presentations/materials
- Demonstrate technical foresight in order to support, develop and maintain systems

- PeopleSoft or secondary mortgage market functional experience
- Exposure to Python scripting language, with emphasis on data analysis

- Experience in SQL
