Job Location: Chennai
Job Detail:
- Assist with various data entry and data readiness projects
- Monitor Salesforce queues
- Assist customer queries and troubleshooting
- Enters, updates, and verifies data in platform and/or internal CRM toolVerify and correct data as needed
- Identify data inconsistencies and go through steps to resolve
- Combine and update data from source documents where required
- Track shipments
Who you are:
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Results driven
- Computer Literate
- Data entry skills and accuracy
- Fully comprehends English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
- Fluent in English with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, seeks out challenges
- Experience with ocean/shipping logistics is a plus
