Digital Business Services combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Agile Business Analyst.Principal Responsibilities* To co-ordinate with business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the life cycle of the projects i.e. support development team in design and development phases as well as responsible to provide solution to business problems / opportunities* To evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, de-bulk high-level information into details* To participate in user testing, process evaluation, preparing documentation, including process flows and procedures, progress reports, project documentations* To bring structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve including managing communications around them* To proactively identify areas for improvement and follows them through to implementationRequirementsRequirements* A university graduate with degree in finance or a related discipline* Minimum 6 years working experience in business analysis* Excellent analytical and organizational skills* Ability to communicate technical information simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences* Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines* Good all round database skills including building and writing SQL queries* Experience of working in financial institution, with lending or other credit related functions will be advantage* Business and technical knowledge in private banking system would be an advantage* Familiarity with the HSBC standards and processes would be useful* Production Support experience on banking systems would be an advantage* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English (Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage)You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.[ Link removed ] – Click here to apply to Agile Business Analyst – Digital Business Services />HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
