ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in the Charlotte, NC for a contract Data Analyst to assist their team. Will be onsite but could start Onsite/Remote
Title: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months
Required Skills
- 5 years of Programming, Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of following work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 3 years’ experience in programming in either Java, JavaScript, Python, COBOL, PEARL, C#
- Understanding of data models, data mapping documents, data linage and data transformations
- Understanding of data profiling concepts – analyzing and summarizing data
- Understanding of Data quality testing of accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, validity, and integrity
- Experience translating complicated data from multiple sources into insights, knowledge, and understanding to enhance our testing capabilities
- Experience gathering , analyzing, and interpreting data, data flows, and data logic
- Ability to reconcile data with sourcing and report generation logic, and regulatory requirements
Desired Skills
- Audit / regulatory experience
- QA/QC experience
- Experience in creating data artifacts, data dictionaries, and data models
- Experience in writing test scripts and developing data testing approaches
