Job Description:
Edwisely is seeking a creative, driven, and customer-centric Front-end Developer with a genuine passion for technology and a desire to create products with exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment and be able to collaborate and drive high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Developing user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in React JS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS3
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Familiarity with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT
- Any other web or mobile state-of-the-art full-stack experience is an added advantage
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive
