Job Title: AI Bot Developer Internship

Role:
We are seeking motivated and talented interns to join our team and contribute to the development of a WhatsApp-based AI bot. This role will involve working with various technologies to create a bot capable of initial candidate screening, resume evaluation, and integration with platforms like LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the development team to design and implement the AI recruitment bot.
– Integrate the bot with WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business API and messaging services like Twilio.
– Develop conversational flows using frameworks such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
– Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to understand and process candidate responses.
– Work on machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn to evaluate candidate answers and resumes.
– Develop and manage backend services using Node.js or Python (Flask/Django).
– Create and manage databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
– Integrate the bot with LinkedIn API for job posting and profile evaluation.
– Ensure secure communication and data handling using OAuth and SSL/TLS.
– Participate in regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.
Qualifications:
– Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or similar.
– Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
– Knowledge of NLP techniques and tools such as NLTK or spaCy.
– Experience with backend development and RESTful APIs.
– Understanding of database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
– Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
– Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
