About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the team to assess the psychological profiles of young talents, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth
2. Support the implementation of mental health initiatives within our talent development programs, ensuring the well-being of our interns and associates
3. Assist in the design and delivery of transformational L&D (Learning and development) programs aimed at nurturing humanistic and holistic leadership qualities in young talents
4. Collaborate with our team to analyze data related to employee well-being, performance, and learning and development
5. Utilize AI tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights
