Job Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
The Senior Financial Analyst we are looking for will excel at financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting on KPI’s, partnering with business unit leadership and providing business decision support and recommendations. The main objective of the position is to help market leaders, operations and financial leadership understand their financial statements, track and manage financial performance, build a credible annual plan and monthly forecasts and achieve financial objectives. This is a highly visible and strategic role that includes business case analysis and financial modeling, developing strategy and reporting on KPIs for various initiatives.
Compensation
$95-105k + 10% bonus
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of related financial analyst and fp&a experience within a corporate environment with proven track record of documented success; experience may include (but is not limited to) financial planning analyst, forecasting analyst, financial business analyst, etc.
- A master’s degree in finance or business analytics or advanced certification preferred
- Must have “hands-on” financial forecasting experience.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and have a successful track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Database Skills preferred, including working knowledge of writing SQL, SQL analytics, or other advanced system languages. BI experience is a plus
