Job Location: Mumbai
Job Detail:
- Conduct market research and provide financial analysis to management to drive business performance
- Prepare and develop pitch proposals, presentation and marketing materials for brokers
- Closely monitor actual performance to budget and provide timely profitability analysis on key client accounts
- Assist senior brokers to engage with clients during client meetings and site visits when appropriate
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
A successful candidate shall possess the following qualifications:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Economics, or Business Administration
- 1+ years of relevant working experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst position
- Excellent command in Microsoft Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to details and motivated
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and oral English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
