Our client Artificial Intelligence Global Company is a platform independent service provider for industrial software application for process Industry. It is one of its kind in the region developing Integrated Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence centered IT and OT applications. It infuses with intelligence to empower people to shape a sustainable future. We work in collaboration with our technology partners to sponsors their state-of-the-art application to our customers.
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven general manager to direct and manage our Delivery Center activities in India and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the general manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with Subject matter experts, consultants and third party service provider on need basis, hiring and training employees, identifying project cost optimization opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in maintain “high value to cost” ratio for the services to remain competitive in achieving project goals and developing sustainable business model is highly sought for capabilities.
The noteworthy general manager should account for all delivery services activities, support engineer staff development, enhance efficiency, drive and improve revenue, support clients, enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives. You will be reporting to the CTO and CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily Delivery Center operations.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Improve the operational system, processes and policies.
- Training low-level managers and staff.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Improving revenue.
- Hiring employees.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Generating reports and giving presentations
- Provide executive support to project manager during project execution
- Active participation during sales to delivery transition
- Executive Sponsor for after sales support to upkeep the applications
- Propel customer endorsements and feedback at closure of projects

Qualifications
- MBA – Master’s in business administration from prestigious institute.
- B.S / B.Tech in engineering or data science is preferred
- Minimum professional experience – 20 years
- Minimum experience at executive level – 5 years
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
