Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance.
Conduct primary and secondary research – industry & competitive analysis, market penetration models, customer surveys etc
Perform requirements analysis
Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
Work with and influence stakeholders across product/ business, tech and design teams to take data-driven decisions
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
2+ Years of experience in a relevant role
Experience with ecommerce and/ or tech companies.
Preference to those with startup experience aka hustle)
Required abilities/competencies:
Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into the analytical framework
Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve a problem
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Technical capabilities:
Good handle in MS Office/ Google doc editors, especially Excel/ Google Sheets
Knowledge of SQL, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
Basic understanding of statistical modeling and statistical tools
Good to have: working experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Datastudio, etc)
