Note: This is a hybrid role, candidates must be local to Weymouth, MA.

Finance company based outside of Boston is looking for a Data Analyst to join their finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized with 1-3 years of experience in finance. Must be comfortable with data analysis and financial modeling!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial records and policies
• Compile client billing metrics for monthly revenue reporting
• Complete and manage files for revenue calculations
• Run queries through internal databases to extract and analyze billing information
• Gather, manage, and manipulate data from multiple reports for analysis; identify trends, extract insights, and deliver actionable presentations of findings.
• Provide recommendations to Development teams and Management teams based on analysis.
• Work internally to resolve billing issues as needed.
• Research current market trends as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite products
• Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables and V Lookups
• 1-3 years of SQL experience
• Experience working with Sage is a plus
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to identify errors in data collection
• Proven critical thinking skills in data analysis
