Job Detail:
We require tech savvy executives for providing technical and functional support to business clients in night shift. Candidates outside West Bengal not eligible for hiring.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients remotely.
- Linux based Freeswitch and asterisk server installation and maintenance.
- SIP and VoIP troubleshooting
- Web server installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Client account creation, onboarding, and configuration.
Eligibility
- Expert knowledge on Linux
- Basic understanding of SIP, VOIP and web Technologies
- Basic understanding of contact center and PBX platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking and cloud infrastructure.
