We are hiring HR MIS Executive at Ayka Communication Pvt
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Generate and distribute DATA in accurate and timely manner.
- Up-to-date current MIS Reports and improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Gather data from multiple sources. generating reports on periodic basis.
- Improve Reporting system for internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skillsStrong knowledge of EXCEL . - Post Graduate : MPM, MBA (HR).
- Must be Confident and Passionate.
