Position Title: Data Associate
Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM, 5 days working
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Data Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by leveraging data to optimize processes, track key metrics, and provide insights that enhance our hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to recruitment activities, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, application rates, interview outcomes, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance and provide actionable insights to the Talent Acquisition team and other stakeholders.
- Assist in data cleaning, validation, and normalization to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring recruitment effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare presentations to support strategic decision-making and process improvements within Talent Acquisition.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making.
