Responsibilities:

• Interpret test results data, draw value-added conclusions, and convey actionable findings. Advocate for creating data-driven and evidence-based hypotheses/iteration based on insights.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively and ensure communication efficiency to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and propose high impact testing opportunities based on visitor behavior analytics and voice of customer feedback to drive improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, obtain input and review at key stages, make judgment calls, and ensure continued alignment and transparency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in web-focused, customer-centric role(s), such as optimization, web marketing, web product management, web analytics.
• Hands-on experience running A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization projects preferred.
• Outstanding ability to synthesize and communicate data, context and implications.
• Experience working across a highly matrixed organization, and strong ability to partner and influence for results.
• Familiarity with Adobe Test & Target (or other testing platform), Adobe Analytics, usability studies.
• Strong statistics knowledge and qualitative study experience preferred.
