Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description: Affinity Express is looking for RPA developer who is responsible to build, design, develop, and implement RPA systems. RPA developer is someone who works cross-functionally with business units to optimize the business workflow.

This role will work closely with senior leaders within the business to drive the business forward in meeting the goals and objectives of the company. It will provide an opportunity to work with key leaders within the team and across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization

• Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues

• Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems

• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools

• Documenting the automation procedures

• Works with BU experts & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects

• Document and diagram the existing environment and data-flows

• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.

• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

• Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields

• Good technical knowledge of automation tools

• Should be a self-starter

• Experience in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, Ruby and Java

• At least 2 RPA projects solution experience (end to end implementation)

• Experience working with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.

• Basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.

• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.

• A working knowledge of current business processes and the ability to understand new business processes.

• The ability to conceptualise automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.

• An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.

• The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind.

• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence
