The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating reports and analytics to support the ACERTUS organization and users across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for having a data driven mindset and develop solutions that will aid leadership in decision making, learning, and analysis of the business.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm
Hybrid Schedule after training completed: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
Pay: Based on experience
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop analytics solutions to support the business, using Tableau.
- Train end users in how to use tools and answer any questions on reporting and data.
- Present new solutions to business stakeholders
- Learn and Innovate within their analytical platform to provide quality solutions to the business.
- Supports production issues with their reporting and data.
- Identify areas of poor data quality and work with respective process teams to educate on impact to data and reporting.
- Responsible for working regularly with IT data teams to ensure proficient data quality and report performance.
- Identifies areas where a process change will be required to support a reporting need and works with management to implement.

Education And Experience
- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems
- Must have 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
