Job Location: Greater Noida
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
· Forward-thinking and resourceful and ensure solutions are brought to fruition and requirements are closed properly.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with market situations.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Excellent documentation skills and knowledge for system certification.
- Documenting the product related documentations with defined specifications for the same.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
· Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, process flow diagrams
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, Research & Development head and Sales & Marketing heads
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements & allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
