About the role:
As a Supply Chain Planning personnel, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and drive the Logistics(Middle mile) planning process.
You will be responsible for –
- Driving the monthly/quarterly middle plan planning
- Collaboration with FC planning and logistics operations for BAU and Peak clearance speed
- Liaise with operations and other stakeholders for improving performance and to ensure smooth operations
- Work cross-functionally with different teams within & outside SCM in ideating & defining processes and systems
- Analyze, suggest, develop, implement, and evaluate data and generate reports identifying weekly and monthly trends
- Focussing on cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience, both in daily execution and suggesting long-term step-function improvements.
Skills / Competencies:
B tech. / BE from top tier institute with 3-5years of total experience, with background in Data analytics / operations planning
- Strong experience in SQLshould be able to build complex and optimized queries
- Strong experience & understanding of scripting languages (R/Python)
- Good understanding of Excel
- Excellent Problem solving and logic building capability
- Strong rigor in automating repetitive tasks
- Ability to adapt to and learn new tools/ techniques quickly
