Job description
Position: Financial Research Analyst
No. of Positions: 1
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong conceptual knowledge can apply)
Education Qualifications: CFA/ CA Semi Qualified, CS Semi Qualified/ Qualified , CA/ CS Dropout, CA/CS (Inter), IPCC Graduate, CA/ CS Pursuing, Bcom (Hons.)
Responsibilities:
· Conduct financial analysis of companies covering but not limited to balance sheet, P&L statements
· Understanding MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) website and different forms eg MGT-14, PAS-14, AOC-4, SH-9, MGT-7, DIR-12 etc
· Research, gather, interpret and maintain the accuracy of financial data
· Create research reports based on corporate and financial analysis
Requirements:
· Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital editing, web search, databases)
· Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
· Monitor and showcase key financial metrics and trends of companies
· Passionate about tech startups ecosystem
· Good observation and deduction skills
· Comply with the moral code of the profession
