Responsibilities

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Manages key data sources and data applications
Ensures the integrity of project data by monitoring and validating the extraction, processing, storage, and manipulation of the information
Work in the improvement of current company procedures.
Serves as a resource for data analysis, report content, report design, etc. as needed
System reporting and analysis of software such as Databasics, CE, Power BI, Procore

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics, or related education program; no experience required; prior internships or work experience helpful but not required.
Possess good self-organizational and management skills and strong verbal and written communications skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting and exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

Physical Demands:

The individual typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. Generally, the job requires 70% sitting, 15% walking, and 15% standing.
Frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
Please note that climbing stairs is a physical requirement. Some offices contain an elevator but one must be able to use stairs for fire drills and emergencies.
