Job Detail:
As an Entry Level Business Analyst, you will support the functional users of the various business processes (Marketing/Contracts, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Finance/Accounting) in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Support the functional users in the new ERP environment by interfacing with the Plex Customer Service
· Lead in implementing additional modules in the ERP system by understanding the functional need of the users
· Interface with functional users and create logical workflows in the system using the tools in ERP
· Create custom reports using the report writing tool in the ERP
· Lead integrating other applications like Salesforce into the ERP System
· Lead custom software development by creating functional specifications and interfacing with 3rd Party solution providers
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
· Experience in custom reporting tools
· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
· Good documentation skills to create training/user manuals
· Ability to handle multiple project tasks
· Ability to identify and implement process improvement
