Job Detail:

Business Systems Analyst -Land Use Software Platforms

Duration: 6+ months

Location: San Bernadino, California

Visa: USC/GC/H1-B

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with some experience working with Government Land Use
Services or Code Enforcement or building permitting/licensing or other regulatory procedures.
Experience should include using software platforms such as CityView360, CitizenServer,
MyGov, Accela, or similar products.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the software vendor and business users
• Develop data transformation jobs and interfaces
• Monitor and oversee third party vendor remote access to servers
• Meet with customers for requirements gathering and UAT and assist business users with documentation/help/how-to-steps.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
• Develop custom reports and SQL queries as needed
• Develop workflows and business processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• SDLC experience, particularly drafting use case scenarios and test cases.
• User training and user acceptance testing experience.
• Knowledge of Database Design, Microsoft SQL, SSRS, Windows Server 2019, and IIS are all helpful

Experience and Education Required:
At least three months experience working with Government Land Use Services, Code
Enforcement, Building Permitting, or other regulatory functions.
Hands-On experience using Accela or City View 360 or Citizen Server or MyGov is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science or any closely related field is strongly desired (commensurate business experience considered)
• 1+ year experience working with multiple complex technology projects, working with both business and technical stakeholders of the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
