Role + Responsibilities
- Understand and document the business systems landscape
- Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization
- Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization
- Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed
- Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement
- Handling of business systems incidents and requests
Qualification + Profile
- Associate degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP, Salesforce.com or other relevant tools
- Must be able to communicate and delegate comfortably with all levels of the business
- Troubleshooting skills and a logical mind
- Ability to analyze and prioritize
- 5% travel, some potential travel to Regional Center Locations or European office locations
