The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with the Accounting Management team to process billing and invoicing, as well as assist with monthly campaign deliverables and QA processinging and reconciling. A strong financial operations background is required.

Responsibilites:

• Assist with the monthly campaign delivery/revenue process with focus on, but not limited to the following: Billing management from the Order Management System to NetSuite, Ad hoc reporting, perform QA processes on delviery data for monthly billing.
• Proficient in various systems including CRMs, Order Management Systems, and ERP systems.
• Facilitate the audit and streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of analytical experience
• Highly experienced with Excel and data analytics
• Team oriented
• Strong technical knowledge with regard to systems
