Job Overview:
The supply chain business analyst role will be responsible for analyzing and supporting MICU based solutions and facilitating the integration of business operation flow and supply chain management to support company business decision-making. The role will partner with both warehouse and supply chain functions to develop and implement the workflow and policy.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Compile and analyze data from all areas of supply chain
- Provide more responsive execution of internal processes as well as external support to the warehousing team
- Identify and manage the projects related to assigned applications to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain activities
- Analyze, design, and write functional specifications based on business requirements
- Adhere to project timelines, prioritize the workload, and communicate project status and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Business diploma/ degree preferred
- Supply chain experience preferred
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent in planning and organizing multiple projects with competing demands and deadlines
- A team player and able to multi-task in a highly cross-functional team environment
- Analysis & documentation of business process management
- Ability to pinpoint areas where changes can be made and test different idea to improve a system
- Ability to think out of the box
