Job Description:
- 10+ years of IT experience and worked at least 5+ years as a Business Support Analyst
- Knowledge of SecOps domain is a PLUS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and products is a PLUS
- Define broader business drivers to map business needs to process and create functional solution design.
- Develop future solution strategies by working closely with various internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between technical team, functional team, business functions, and vendor to drive implementations
- Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and create stories as required in support of current and new projects
- Conduct solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in sprint ceremony and agile milestones throughout the project lifecycle. * Perform testing of features and support QA/UAT during testing phase.
- Involve in Requirement gathering / elicitation workshops with the customers/ business stakeholders
- Provide resolution to post production incidents, issues and requests
- Conduct user trainings and demos to business stakeholders throughout the product life cycle
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
